Horizons OS provides a business workspace, website request workflow, billing activation flow, and related support for personal brands, ambassadors, and service operators.
Information we collect
- Account information such as name, email address, login provider, and workspace status.
- Billing and checkout information processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Website intake and revision details you submit so our team can work on your website request.
- Lead form information, including email address, consent status, source, offer, and campaign parameters when you opt in from a landing page.
- Usage and analytics data such as page views, CTA clicks, referral source, UTM parameters, device/browser information, and general performance data.
How we use information
- To create, secure, and operate your Horizons OS account and workspace.
- To process subscriptions, activate workspaces, and provide billing support.
- To manage website requests, revision requests, review meetings, and customer support.
- To send transactional messages and, when you consent, promotional emails about offers, product updates, or demos.
- To measure funnel performance, improve the product, prevent abuse, and understand which campaigns are working.
Service providers
We use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, payment processing, analytics, email delivery, calendar booking, customer workflow infrastructure, and domain operations. These providers process information only as needed to support Horizons OS.
