Service description

Horizons OS provides software tools (CRM, calendar, opportunities, website status tracking, assistant features, and related workflows) and a professional website build process. Specific feature availability may evolve as the platform expands.

Subscription

Access is provided on a recurring subscription basis. Pricing and billing terms are presented during checkout. You authorize Horizons OS to charge your selected payment method on each billing cycle until cancellation.

Website build scope

The professional website build includes a first draft prepared from your questionnaire and review-period revisions and meetings as described on the marketing site. Scope, scheduling, and team availability may impose reasonable limits.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the workspace for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity, and not to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription per the Refund / Cancellation Policy. Horizons OS may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Horizons OS does not guarantee bookings, sales, income, or business outcomes. Results depend on many factors including your offer, audience, and follow-up.
