This policy explains how subscriptions can be cancelled and when refunds may apply.

Cancellation

You can request cancellation at any time. Your workspace will remain active through the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. Specific cancellation steps are available in billing settings and via Support.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for partial billing periods. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may consider factors such as platform downtime, billing errors, or active website build status.

Website build

Where a professional website build is in progress, scope, time invested, and revision activity are considered before any partial refund is approved.
